Commemorative Green Plaque for Pasquale Paoli

In 2007, to mark two centuries since Paoli’s death, the Amicale Pasquale Paoli initiated and sponsored a commemorative green plaque for Pasquale Paoli placed on the front façade of 77 South Audley Street, W1 (map).

From 1769 to 1789,  his first exile after the defeat of Ponte Novu against the French.
From 1795 to 1807, his second exile after the creation of the Anglo-Corsican kingdom.
